We had our first Decor Swap last weekend and it was so fun! There was a small group of us and everyone went home with a few new-to-them items and we were able to make new friends as well. The cookies (provided by @breaking_bread_co) and coffee (by @revivecoffee.co) were amazing and I’m still thinking of that snickerdoodle paired with my pumpkin spice latte. I had a lot of feedback asking when the next swap will be, so stay tuned!
We’re seeing lots of great faux pumpkin options popping up recently so I wanted to try ordering a bunch from one retailer, and Michael’s had a great selection at the right price. Overall I think they may fool you from a distance – but just like flowers – there’s nothing quite like the real thing. I think I’m going to be a real-pumpkin girl at least for one more year!
Our dining room rug arrived his week and I’m in love! It makes the room feel much more intentional and I love the extra layer it adds. It had me switching up dining chair options – which, we haven’t had a full set of for at least a year (oops). I have had such a hard time finding chairs I love so I’ve rotated quite a few in and out. I do know that I love the black cane and wishbone chairs and am trying to decide which to go with. I really think either one would work great so I may let the lead times do the deciding!

T.J. Maxx online is one my favorite places to shop for high end clothing at a great price. I particularly love shopping their shoes and recently checked out their jewelry selection and was in love with all of the simple gold jewelry they have in stock.
