Guys, the drywall in the bathroom is done!! Ty is priming as we speak and shower work is on the agenda for the coming days/week. To get caught up on how we went from demo to electrical & plumbing rough-in to drywall, you can read the ORC Week 2 post below:

I ordered this little lamp and when I unboxed it I was so bummed to find all of these big buttons & outlet right smack in the middle of the base (and no, there’s no way to turn the arm or the lamp around). Isn’t the little shade the cutest? Ugh. I want to love you, lamp, but I can’t. Still linking this cutie below if you have the perfect place for it!

I love love love Christmas and am already ordering a few things to add to my collection of Christmas decor. I particularly love trees and like to buy a few new ones each year. I ordered these cute crochet trees from McGee & Co. and with a $16 price tag for the pair of two, I highly recommend them! I also linked a few other decorations below that I have my eye on:

I have a few clients that have been a one-project-turned-whole-house-project and it’s the best! I love getting to know these families so well and transform their homes room by room. This week I was at a clients house installing a gallery wall and I had to snap a quick picture because it’s all looking oh so pretty.

Happy Friday, friends!

Come with me as I work on giving Cohen’s room a Come with me as I work on giving Cohen’s room a little refresh! He was in need of a nice, flat weave rug (because Legos) and I was really excited to get this Henley rug by @loloirugs x @joannagaines @magnolia from their latest collab. I have these rugs all over my house because I seriously love them and they wear so well! More to come on this little room of his.

Uncover the back patio with me! After days of rain Uncover the back patio with me! After days of rain it’s time to let the furniture breathe a bit and open everything up to the sun. With part of our patio being pea gravel, the easiest way to get loose stones back where they belong is with our leaf blower - we recently topped it off with more gravel so it’s looking extra plush lately. You will find me here tonight pretending that it’s already the weekend 🥂

I rearranged the back patio a bit and I’m loving how it feels. Just a little reminder that it doesn’t take big bucks or an overhaul for something to feel fresh again!
